Service

Any high technology equipment has certain features that may cause inconvenience in the client's business processes or even completely stop all operations. Due to this, doorsanchar offers different services and yearly maintenance packs in addition to standard warranty services. The Service Center helps its clients in maintenance of network components and peripherals, local and wide area networks, and telephony equipment.

Service and maintenance is understood as consultations and efforts by personnel of the Service Center aimed at keeping the Client's informational network in good condition and improving its capabilities. Keeping in mind that different equipment has different impact on the Client's business and requires certain technical maintenance, Step Logic offers the following yearly Service Packs to its clients:

Customer - Telephone Technical Support

The telephone technical support service is complimentary and provides our customers with basic access for product related questions. It provides answers/help with straightforward technical questions relative Systems supplied such as:

  • Identifying appropriate product/services
  • General product questions relative to basic operation
  • Basic problem determination for a specific product
  • Support for general technical product questions.

Web Based Support

We commit to provide effective & efficient support of all our installation so as to meet 7X24 hours of service support with four hours response time.

For this a complaint can be logged on the Support Section. We provide a system of registering a complaint on line & the complainant will be issued a ticket number. Or Mail to Our Engineer at Support@doorsanchar.net or our online e-mail form
